3 Reviews of the Wilmington 400

The design is good and the tent is roomy and well designed but the material is such poor quality It says its 3000mm Hydrostatic head but it leaks straight through the walls as soon as it rains significantly.
The first year we camped it didn't hardly rained at all but the second year we used it,it was letting in even fine rain. I waterproofed it thoroughly but this was not enough to compensate for the the poor quality of material used. I can only use this tent if it is sunny!

Bought in August 2015 and used 2016 for the first time. It appears to be made of poor quality material and unfortunately for use when we had a thunder storm it leaked like a sieve. We sat in the thing with our rain coats on. It came through the roof in sleeping area and outer area. Ended up sleeping in a cabin on the campsite. Had to come home early due to leaking tent. Would never buy another Easy camp tent.

The tent was easy to put up and once pitched was roomy and fantastic feature of being able to stand up all around the tent. Made things much easier.
However, we had 3 days of intermittent rain, at times heavy, other times not so heavy. The tent leaked both in the main living area and also unfortunately in the sleeping area too. The main problem area appeared to be around the toggles inside the tent, where water was just running down the stitching and dripping.
Despite how pleased we were initially, we are now unfortunately seeking a refund as this was the tents first outing and frankly was not fit for purpose.
